Our Visit

The Queen Vic if you haven’t been is a lovely pub, serving food from 10am, which also has a soft play inside. There are several tables inside the soft play, as well as benches to sit on whilst the kids play. They have a member of staff in there at all times and you can order your food and drinks from inside. For anyone who does not want to use the soft play, there are lots of different seating area’s to access, if you want to order a drink and relax
You can have birthday parties there, which is £11.49 per child, minimum of 10 children & the birthday child is free. It’s not exclusive, but you do have exclusive use of their party room, which has a TV, tables and plenty of space for them. All children get a 2 course meal and the party lasts 2 hours. It covers party bags, party host, party invites, plus a free return visit for all children
If you want exclusive use, its £70 extra for full use of the soft play.
The soft play has a toddler section, for anyone with younger ones and had a small slide, lots to explore and climb. Both of our boys could go on everything independently easily, so we got to sit back and relax! There’s two larger slides and the soft play is over 3 floors.
We could see the boys from everywhere pretty much, but were sitting inside the soft play. You can not reserve soft play seating, so it is on a first come first served basis. There are however plenty seating just outside.
Food wise, they have a large variety of different meals you can order. The kids meals were good, £5.99 per child for a starter, mains and desert, so ours had the pasta, garlic bread, chicken nuggets and then both had a brownie with ice cream for desert! They have a daytime menu which is 2 meals for £11.49 on adult meals, and in an evening have a special on each day (the day we visited there were large discounts on burgers)
