Our Visit

Activities on throughout the day, with a list of timings near the entrance

9:30am: MORNING Lamb Feeding, 2:30: AFTERNOON Lamb Feeding

1pm: Tortoise Bath (Weds & Sat only)

10am – 12pm: MORNING Animal Petting session 1pm – 2:30pm: AFTERNOON Animal Petting session

Tortoise bathing was great. The staff were lovely and educated the boys all about the nerves on their shell, how to clean them, why they do it

The boys loved bottle feeding the baby lambs! They had a bottle each and got to feed and stroke them. It wasn’t rushed at all and they really got to enjoy some 1:1 time with their lamb

The caterpillar ride was so much fun, we even got in for a turn. David the staff member was great with the kids, the boys really enjoyed the ride as it was bumpy at times, they sped across the field and were laughing their heads off

Animal handling throughout the day, including rats, large and small rabbits, guinea pigs

1/2 mile nature trail, lots to keep them occupied throughout. There were peacocks, pigs, horses, donkeys, alpacas, geese, chickens, goats. There were dinosaur an animal statues throughout, which they enjoyed climbing

Plenty of picnic benches throughout the farm, lots by the parks as well

They had a fab visit, really enjoyed all the animal handling, parks, animal feeding and the layout and was really good trip
