The boys went to visit Boomerang Multi Sensory Play unit last week
It is a play centre, specifically designed for children and adults with additional needs
It has an interactive room, which they really enjoyed. There were various games that came up, with them jumping on the mat, using their hands and feet to play the games. Lots of variety of games which changed every few minutes
The sensory room is a lovely size, with a fibre optic curtain, panel, bubble tubes, as well as the various lighting and ball pool. It was really calming and relaxing in there, Jonah was mesmerised by the lights
They have a soft play room, which had 2 large slides, ball pool, lots of things to climb and explore. They really enjoyed this room and spent a good hour in here. Jonah age 2 could easily play throughout without me helping him, which is an absolute bonus!
Boomerang has hoists in all rooms, height adjustable changing bed and facilities
They offer a variety of sessions for different ages and abilities, including specific SEND sessions, which can be pre booked
They offer birthday parties, group bookings and family sessions
We spent around 2 hours there
