Our Visit
The boys and their friends enjoyed their first experience at Coffee & Crafts, 112A Gisburn Road, Barrowford
Diane offers NO studio fee, NO kiln fee, writing and decoration FREE. You just pay for the pottery that you chose, which all vary in prize and size
The storytime sessions are £10 per crafter, which includes storytime, pottery painting, snacks and juice
Diane offers 3D hand casting, story time sessions, adult sessions, children’s sessions and after the visit with glaze the products you paint.
The boys opted for monster plates. There was a huge choice of different pieces of pottery to paint, from money boxes, mugs, plates with different designs, photo frames, egg cups, ornaments, plaques, clocks
There’s over 20 different paints for them to chose from, each showing what it will look like once set (the colours look different as you are painting them).
Diane was lovely, giving them snacks and juice whilst they painted.
The session lasted around 40 minutes
Younger ones really need to be supervised, as there is lots of things that can break. Our youngest thought he was in a greek restaurant and dropped his plate on the floor!! Diane was lovely and helped us though (and we all know that these things happen with 2 year olds).
The adult nights look really good, where you can can have a drink, paint, use the clay.
