This for us was a REALLY GOOD experience and would recommend to everyone to try with their children, as it really teaches them life skills, that are invaluable

🩹They are experts in paediatric first aid and specialise in teaching family-friendly first aid to parents, grandparents, carers

🏥They offer level 3 courses for people who work with children, so that children are safe with their childcare providers

⛑️Family first aid is only £25 per person (age 16 years plus)

👧Childrens courses are ran in schools, home educated groups and youth groups, which also covers mental health first aid

✨They are launching a new course which is Allergy and Anaphylaxis for child care providers. They cover CPR/ use of a defib, allergy management and anaphylaxis

🍫There were snacks and drinks for everyone. The session is really adapted for children’s learning and their abilities

🫀It was very interactive and a big thing for us what that they all had their own “bob” CPR doll, so rather than them having to share and take turns, they could all practice at their own pace and they were never waiting (which with kids is always a bonus)

🧠It was structured, with lots of things to learn about, so it really kept the kids interested. Even our two year old took part in all of it

🚑Judith and Lydia are lovely and very experienced, answering all the thousands of questions the children asked! They taught them how to bandage, do abdominal thrusts, how to use an epi pen, CPR, about the brain, what to look for when a person is unconscious and how to get help
