Our Visit
Towneley Park – Last visited April 2023
We walked up to the hall, looked at the huge fish in the pond, fed the ducks and visited the war memorial
You can pay to go inside which is well worth a look if you haven’t been before – all the prices and opening times are on
There’s woodland walks, rivers, lots of places to explore at Towneley, it’s dog friendley everywhere expect inside the hall and on the park
The cafe next to the Riverside car park is open, serving hot and cold food and drinks
It’s one of those places where you can walk as far or as little as you like
