Our Visit

The boys & their friends visited last weekend, to start the Halloween season off

As you walk in, they have a new indoor play area, which is £4 per child and they can play for one hour. It’s a great new addition, and is positioned by the entrance, so you can’t avoid the kids seeing it if you didn’t want to pay the extra! Both boys (age 3 and 7) could play independantly on it most of it, however there are some steep edges, so I was keeping a close eye on my youngest.

The pumpkin patch always has such a variety of pumpkins. When we visit at Halloween, we always bring back lots of different coloured pumpkins! We came back with 6 this time. Each tokens to get 3 lovely pumpkins. You could buy 3 small pumpkins for £5 and large pumpkins at £4 each.

There were large wheelbarrows for you to use as you walk around and you collect them from the entrance. As the pumpkin patch is at the far side, we tend to do that first, wheel the pumpkins back to the car & then let the boys run wild!

There are some large outdoor parks, including a sandpit, which seems to be a firm favourite of theirs.
Lots of animals to see, some in large outdoor spaces, others in the barns. You can buy animal feed on the way in if you wanted to hand feed

Food and drink available near the entrance with toilets
On site shop selling ice cream and toys
We spent around 3 hours here, including all the park play and picnic
