All you need for this trip is:

Bucket (79p from Asda) or carrier bag

Trophies (£1.50 for 8 Asda)

Cardboard, we used a cereal box

Scissors and cellotape

Picnic and supplies to keep the kids energised

Cones £2.99 from home bargains

Todays after school trip was at Thompson’s Park BB11 1JA with the carpark £2 for the day

We had a walk around the lake, collecting conkers for our next creativity post, (where we will be making a conker wreathe over the weekend) and collected leaves for our crafts today

They enjoyed their picnic by the lake, feeding the ducks and squirrels, who came right upto us for some bread, before exploring some more

We played on the park, did a mini sports day, completing tasks and challenges along the way, as well as a few races at the end around the cones

We chopped the cereal box up into 4, creating a tree trunk and border. Sticking cellotape around it, the boys used their freshly picked red leaves to stick on and create their own trees to take home

And voila! Our masterpieces were created
